About Helene

Helene is originally a Drama teacher and a trainer and has been teaching and training for the past 20 years across Essex. In 2014, she trained as a NLP coach and has combined her skills and knowledge as a teacher with her coaching practice and set up Public Speaking Demystified, helping individuals, corporate and business clients to overcome their fears of speaking in public and to express themselves with confidence. She uses Play and games to teach speaking in public and be a better communicator. Recently she has been asked to run workshops on Communication skills and Change management and has successfully delivered training to Anglia Ruskin staff.
