DESCRIPTION:Research suggests that people making conscious and well informed decisions\, achieve a higher state of personal fulfilment and satisfaction in their later life. Those who obtain support and guidance have a greater opportunity of realising their hidden desires and benefiting from a state of well-being. \nFollowing from the Age UK Essex “Later Life Planning” Conferences we are delivering workshops aimed at promoting supported decision making and empowering individuals to manage their future better. \nIn this workshop you will: \n\nLearn how to avoid the stresses and frustration of trying to manage the changes yourself and getting little or no results.\nLearn where to start in crafting powerful designs that attracts fulfillment and joy in your later years.\nLearn the 5 key steps to building your lifestyle design so you can quickly build your own graceful\, purposeful and joyful life.\n\nThe workshops will be interactive with the opportunity for discussion and to link what the “Later Life Planning” actually means in the context of designing your life on purpose rather than default. \nThese 2 hour workshops will be delivered at the following venues: \n\nWednesday\, 9 November 2016 10.00 till 12.00 noon Essex Chamber of Commerce. Thurrock Learning Campus\, High Street\, Gray RM17 6TF.\n\nFee to attend is £50.00 of which 10% will be donated to Age UK Essex. Places are limited.
